Search for an offer

• Define your flight route by filling in the gaps “departure from” and “arrival in” and the city name. If, after entering the first three letters, no hint appears, it means that there is no airport in the chosen city or that you have misspelled the city name.
• Foreign cities with traditional translations are saved in the system according to their Polish spelling, for example: Londyn, Gatwick (Wielka Brytania), but London, Ontario, London Municipal (USA).
• [+] next to the city’s name means that there is more than one airport in the given city, for example: Madryt, Barajas; Madryt, Torrejon AFB. When you click the name, a list of all the airports will automatically show up. Select the one of your choice from the list.
• Mark the date of departure and arrival on the calendar. Remember that it is impossible to book and buy a ticket on-line on the same day.
• Define the number of people who will be travelling and mark your preferences.
• Accept the selected criteria by clicking the button “Search connections”.

Selecting a connection

• The found connections are shown according to the price: from the cheapest to the most expensive one.
• The abbreviations describing a given flight open up after you place a cursor over them.
• If you have already selected a flight option, confirm your decision by clicking the button “Book a ticket” in order to fill in a booking form.
• If the search results do not fulfill your expectations, you can still change the search criteria. Use the search engine on the right side. Moreover, the search history is saved automatically and you can browse it by clicking on the clock icon located at the bottom of the search engine.

A booking form/order verification/booking confirmation

• In the registration form you should enter surnames of the people who will be flying because later it is impossible to change the personal details in a booking order if there are no more free seats on a plane in the given tariff.
• After you send the form, it will be verified by the staff of the portal efly.pl, who will check if the price for the given connection has been properly calculated after taking into consideration the conditions of the given tariff and the IATA regulations.

On-line payment

• After a successful verification, you will receive a confirmation of your booking and a booking number, price, the date and the method of buying the ticket.
• The ticket should be paid for before the ticket purchase date. If there is no payment for the ticket, the ticket is automatically annulled due to client’s fault and the date when the money is registered in the bank account is considered to be the payment date. If the ticket purchase date is on Saturday (on Saturdays the office accepts payments from 10:00 until 13:00), on Sunday or on a public holiday, then the money transfer or the cash payment should be made a day before Sunday or the holiday and in case a money transfer is made on a holiday the client should fax a copy of the transfer confirmation with a bank’s stamp to 022 463 63 20.
• Traditional tickets (in paper form) are delivered to the given address by a courier at the client’s cost. Electronic tickets are sent to the given e-mail address at no charge.
