Ticket prices
- There are a few factors which significantly affect the ticket price. One of them is the exchange rate. Sometimes, booking a ticket only a day later allows to save even up to a few hundred zloty. In connection with that, the ticket price in cheap airlines is guaranteed only if the ticket is bought on the same day the booking is made.
- Ticket prices also largely depend on the season. In the low season airlines tempt clients with attractive promotions, while in the high season between July-August, at Easter and between Christmas and the New Year we can forget about any discounts.
- Another factor is the length of our stay. Usually, cheaper tariffs limit the length of our stay to 1 month from your arrival date, and sometimes even to 2 weeks.
- Often, it is better to buy a round-way ticket rather than a one-way ticket, irrelevant of whether you will use the return flight or not. It is also worth checking if a ticket will not be cheaper if we book a ticket to our destination and a return ticket home separately.
- A ticket may be by even 50% cheaper if the journey follows the “Sunday Rule”, meaning that you will spend at least one Sunday at your destination, starting with your departure day.
- Generally, prices keep growing the closer it is to the coming departure date and this tendency visibly escalates two weeks before the planned departure date.
